How to build bulk
There is no doubt resistance training builds muscle but to build bulk you must supply your muscles with appropriate fuel (protein, carbohydrates and fats) to enable the muscles to grow. Protein is a key nutrient to help maintain and build muscle.
Protein is broken down into smaller components called amino acids in the body, which are then used to build new muscle tissue. Working your muscles hard at the gym and supplying the body with the amino acids it craves post-training (Bulk Extreme or Bulk Mass Gain) will undoubtedly result in bulking up.
