Provides fluid for rehydration, high quality protein with Essential Amino Acids (including BCAAs) to aid growth & repair of muscle tissue along with dextrose to help maintain blood sugar levels. BCAAs aid muscle tissue saturation which may assist lean body mass accrual when consumed close to training times.
