Ingredients: 

1 cup raw oats

1 cup raisins

1 cup shredded coconut

2 scoops MUSASHI LOW CARB PROTEIN vanilla powder

2 egg whites

1/4 cup mixed crushed nuts 

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 banana (mashed)

1 tbsp honey 

Method: 

Step 1. Heat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2. Mix all of the dry ingredients (oats, raisins, shredded coconut, MUSASHI LOW CARB PROTEIN, crushed nuts) and the wet ingredients (egg whites, vanilla essence, banana, honey) separately, then combine. 

Step 3. Form approximately 15 cookies and bake on the tray for 10-15 minutes until slightly brown. 

Step 4. Leave to cool and enjoy. These can be stored in the fridge and eaten up to two days later.
