Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup of desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 level scoops of protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons of raw sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
  • 100g butter
  • 2 tablespoons of water
Method: 
  • Preheat oven to 160c
  • Combine rolled oats, sifted flour, protein powder, coconut, sugar and bicarbonate soda. Using a blender
  • Combine butter, honey and water in pan and stir on a low heat until butter has melted.
  • Pour the melted butter mixture into the dry mixture and stir until fully combined.
  • Roll mixture into even balls; place on a baking tray approximately 5cm apart and slightly flatten to create the biscuit shape.
  • Bake in the oven for approximately 35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked throughout.
  • Place on a cooling tray and serve cold.
