Ingredients: 
  • 1 Beetroot 
  • 1 Carrot 
  • ¼ Lemon 
  • 15g Ginger 
  • 4 sticks of Celery
  • 1 tsp of Musashi Immune
Method: 
  1. Grate, chop and slice all ingredients and place in a juicer or bullet.
  2. Once all ingredients have been juiced, pour into a glass and add a teaspoon of Musashi Immune – stir until powder is dissolved.  
  3. Enjoy straight away or store in a fridge for up to an hour.  Drink 20-30min before exercise or as part of a healthy daily diet. 

Beetroot
Beetroot contains high levels of nitrate which is converted in the body to nitric oxide. Nitric oxide thins the blood, improves blood flow and reduces blood pressure. Beetroot has become very popular with many athletes because nitric oxide also helps increase oxygen which in turn helps to improve high intensity exercise.

Ginger
Fresh ginger has been linked with reduced muscle soreness, helping you to get back to training faster after a tough gym session.

Celery
A popular vegetable among dieters and health conscious individuals. Celery contains high levels of vitamin K, folate, vitamin A, potassium and vitamin C.

Lemon
Helps to take away the sometimes earthy aftertaste of beetroot it also contains high levels of vitamin C and B-vitamins.

Carrot
Carrots contain high levels of beta-carotene which is converted into vitamin A in the body, helping you to see in the dark (eyesight) and cell growth.
