Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup of skim milk 
  • 2 tablespoons of natural Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon of natural honey
  • 1 teaspoon of Musashi L-Glutamine
  • 1 teaspoon of Musashi Leucine 
  • ½ apple cut into small cubes
  • 2-3 strawberries 
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 8g black chia seeds 
Method: 
  • Place rolled oats, Musashi L-Glutamine, Musashi Leucine, apple, chia seeds, honey, milk and yogurt in a bowl and mix until fully combined.
  • Cover with cling wrap and place in the fridge overnight. 
  • In the morning remove from the fridge stir and garnish with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
  • Enjoy this delicious recovery muesli as a post-workout breakfast or as a pre-workout snack.
