Ingredients: 
  • 480g spelt flour
  • 60g butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 300g Natural low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Musashi Muscle 
Method: 
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200c
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and Musashi Muscle in a large bowl.
  3. Add butter and kneed together until butter and dry mixture are combined.
  4. Add low fat yogurt and stir.
  5. Need together and turn dough onto a flour surface, needing for a few minutes until dough is fully combined. 
  6. Place dough into a grease proof baking tray and into the oven for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
