Ingredients: 

1 cup raw oats 

1 scoop chocolate or vanilla SLM toning protein 

3 egg whites 

¼ cup water 

1 ½ tsp cinnamon 

Method: 

Using a hand held blender, blend all of the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth. Pour ingredients into a hot pan and lightly cook on both sides. Another option is to add some fruit (strawberries, berries or banana) to the blended mixture then place in the pan. Eat while warm.
