Ingredients: 

Salmon (100g) 1/3 cup (80ml)

teriyaki marinade

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

4 spring onions sliced thinly

Method: 

Place salmon under the grill and cook both sides. Remove salmon from grill cover to keep warm. Add marinade and chili sauce to a saucepan; cook, stirring, until hot. Drizzle salmon with sauce and top with spring onions. Serve with coriander, steamed rice, snow peas and broccoli.
