Ingredients: 

Strawberries

  • 6 large strawberries
  • 150g Low fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 scoops (15g) Musashi Lean WPI
  • 50g Dark cooking chocolate

Smoothie

  • strawberries
  • 4 tablespoons Low fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 scoops (30g) Musashi Lean WPI
  • 1 medium banana
  • 3-4 Ice cubes
  • 50ml of cold water
Method: 

Strawberries

  • Melt the chocolate in a heat proof bowl in the microwave.
  • Dip each strawberry the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  • Place the strawberries on a plate or in an ice tray and place in the fridge to set for approximately 15min.
  • Mix the Greek Yogurt in a bowl with 2 scoops of Musashi Lean WPI protein powder and leave to one side.
  • Take the strawberries out of the fridge and carefully slice the top off and scoop out the insides, keeping the tops of the strawberry.
  • Fill each strawberry with the yogurt and protein mix and pop each strawberry lid back on.
  • Place into the fridge to set for approximately 10min.
  • Serve alongside a strawberry protein smoothie

Smoothie

  • Place all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Enjoy straight away.
