Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid and is the most abundant amino acid found in human muscle. It can help to aid muscle growth and help support healthy body stress recovery. Glutamine supplementation helps to support healthy digestive and gastrointestinal function. 
Directions

Adults - Take 1 serve twice daily or in times of intense exercise you may take 3 serves daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. To make 1 serve add 3g powder (1 level scoop) to suitable juice or liquid, stir vigorously until mixed and consume immediately.

    Glutamine or L-Glutamine is an amino acid that the body can synthesize itself, but can be under-produced during periods of intense exercise and stress, so supplementation is important. Glutamine is important for maintaining the integrity of the gastrointestinal tract lining, as well as replenishing glycogen stores in the muscles and liver after a workout, which is essential for sustained energy during subsequent exercise sessions, and muscle recovery. This amino acid is abundant in beef, chicken, and fish. Historically, bone broths, rich in glutamine, were consumed for gut health and recovery.
