Account FAQs

To update your email preferences, send an email to team@musashi.com. In your email, please confirm both your old email address and the new email address you wish to change to.

1. Click on the profile icon on the right-hand corner.
2. Log in with your details.
3. A pop up should appear on the left-hand. If not, click on the profile icon again.
4. Click on “PROFILE” on the bottom row of the pop up.
5. Click on “Shipping addresses”.
6. Add Address or click on an existing address to edit and press “Save”.

4. Click on “PROFILE” on the bottom row of the pop up.
   Click on “My Preferences” at the top below your name.
5. Click on “Your Sport” rectangle to select a new sport and press “Save”.
